We have been on the hunt for a live chat and communication platform for quite some time. We came across many that were either too expensive, requiring two separate systems, or simply unattractive. The communication side of things is fantastic as well, with a wide range of numbers to choose from and the ability to easily receive calls on your phone. The only thing that it lacks is to hold music for when clients are on hold or when the agent needs to put them on hold, which is a must-have feature.



The message section where all the live chat and call interactions take place can appear somewhat disorganized. Additionally, when ending a chat, the system does not inform the customer that the chat has been terminated, which can be frustrating at times.
