A big case of negligence of post office employees has come to light in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. Where the employees left the street dog in the post office. Being a Sunday, the dog remained locked in the post office for the whole day. The dog started barking near the broken window at around 2 pm on Sunday. Then the local people got to know about it.
This case is of Mailani Kotwali area town of Lakhimpur Kheri. The local people gave food and water to the hungry, thirsty dog through the broken window. The video of the dog barking from the window went viral on social media.
Local people say that due to Sunday being a holiday, none of the post office workers came. During this, an attempt was also made to contact the post office employees. But could not talk to anyone. Efforts were also made to get the dog out but without success.
Someone present on the spot made a video of this incident and made it viral on social media. Locals say that the dog will be able to come out only after the post office opens on Monday. But due to this negligence, those working in the post office are being severely criticized.
